YMCA Adult Volleyball |
| |
Competitive co-ed volleyball league. There is a maximum of 12 teams in the
league (first come - first serve). Games will be played at the YMCA on Wednesday
evenings beginning in late August/early September, and ending in December, 2008.

FEE: $185 Per team (A team representative must contact John Kampes at the
YMCA prior to registration.) |

YMCA Adult Basketball League |
| |
|
Be a part of all the slam dunks, fancy dribbling, and fast-paced action. Games will be played at the YMCA gymnasium. Each team will play an 8 game schedule. Champions will be determined through a playoff format. Team registration only. No individual registrations accepted. All teams must prepay. Season to begin in March, 2009.
Fee: $575 per team – First come first serve only.

One of the longest-running programs at the YMCA, Isshinryu Karate is an original Okinawan-style of Karate that
focuses on total fitness, discipline and personal protection. Students can physically increase their power,
stamina, flexibility & coordination.
Mentally learn to improve focus, control discipline and study habits. Classes are open to all ages.
Classes are taught by Senseis Jim Bonner, John Kytes, assisted by Jerry Daniels, and Walt Rieker. |

The YMCA has two racquetball courts available to members and
non-members. Court time can be reserved up to three days in advance by
members only. Simply call our Front Desk and make a reservation!
