aerobic classes led by certified, knowledgeable instructors. YMCA Aerobics
classes are for every level from beginning calisthenics & intermediate upper
body workouts to advanced "boot camp-style" sessions.
Classes are held weekdays during morning &/or evening hours in our
state-of-the-art and Aerobics Room with it's terrific shock-absorbing surface &

PERSONAL TRAINING
Keep looking good for the summer and have the stamina you need for that beach volleyball game.
This is exactly what you have been looking for. Whether you are a beginner or a professional
body builder, the YMCA's Certified Trainers are here to help! Maybe you just need to add a
plyometric jump start to your same old routine or just need to get into a new one.
Individuals are given 1 on 1 attention. Included in our training sessions are a
combination of plyometric, circuit machines, and free weights (if appropriate).
