YMCA Aerobics

The YMCA of Cecil County hosts a wide variety of energizing & invigorating aerobic classes led by certified, knowledgeable instructors. At the YMCA, our group exercise classes are filled with individuals just like you who are trying to improve their overall health and wellness. Participating in a group exercise class is a fun way to get the motivation and support you need to achieve your fitness goals. From classes that burn calories, help you gain strength, or focus on a mind-body connection, including flexibility, core strength we have them all. PERSONAL TRAINING
YMCA Trainers have been trained by the best and reflect the YMCA's mission of helping individuals reach their fullest potential. No matter where you are on the fitness spectrum, our trainers are there for you. From the athlete-in-training to the more casual health seeker. Our trainers can develop a plan that is right for you. They will assess your strengths in multiple areas and work with you to set goals that make sense and adjust the plan as you progress and be there to keep you from slipping back. Here's to your Health! Cancellations are accepted 24 hours in advance.

Each month there will be a drawing to receive 4 FREE SESSIONS of Personal Training with one of our certified Personal Trainers. Look for one of the drawing boxes located in several areas in the YMCA. There will be a bio of the trainer for that month. The 4 sessions must be used in a 30 day period. 1 Entry per person. See drawing box for more details!

Personal Training
for Partners
 
Keeping up with a fitness program is a lot easier when you have a friend who is committed to doing the same. Partners in training makes it possible for two people with similar goals to work with one trainer. Both parties must be present upon registration.
 
Members
$30 each 1 Session
$75 each 3 Sessions
$125 each 5 Sessions
 
Non-Members
$45 each 1 Session
$90 each 3 Sessions
$140 each 5 Sessions
THE YMCA OFFERS RACQUETBALL!

The YMCA has two racquetball courts available to members and non-members. Court time can be reserved three days in advance by members only.  Click on: "Adult Sports" for

All programs have a minimum enrollment and registration is accepted on a first come first serve basis. Fees must be paid upon registration. No refunds of any kind will be given. A pro-rated credit may be issued during the 1st Week of class only. Credits and/or other issues concerning classes may only be processed through the Office Manager. Make-up classes are only for classes canceled by YMCA. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Classes fill up fast. For Information Call: 410-398-2333.

TRX Suspension Training
 
TRX is great for all fitness levels, health levels and ages. The beauty of this training style is that you are in complete control of the intensity. Suspension training is very simple and easy to master.

Individual one-on-one instruction with our Certified Instructor Rachael Lawrence.

BODY FAT MEASUREMENT

A great way to gauge progress is through "Body Fat Measurement". This scientific method allows you to evaluate your progress & adjust your routine accordingly!
