EVENING JAM
This program concentrates on conditioning, flexibility and muscle
toning. Water creates resistance against the muscles & takes the shock off the
legs & body. Classes are one (1) hour, seven (7) week sessions as follows. |

AQUA-FIT...
This program is designed for both the swimmer and non-swimmer. The main focus is
flexibility, muscle toning, and overall conditioning–utilizing a wide variety of
exercises and equipment. Classes will be held in both shallow and deep water.

DEEP WATER WORKS
Depending on individual effort level this can be a high-low intensity level class, designed for both swimmers and non-swimmers. Floatation devices are utilized to provide a constant core workout, while also focusing on back muscles. Classes are on (1) hour, 7 weeks as follows: |
