Drivers Education... Cecil Driving School, Inc.
Driver's Education is available to any individual who is at least 15 years of age by the first night of class. Classes are normally held Tues., Wed., & Thurs. nights from 6:00-9:15 pm. Maryland law requires each student to complete a prescribed program which consists of 30 hours of classroom and 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training. A complete classroom schedule will be given to each student the first night of class.
"Behind the Wheel" training is scheduled with an instructor following the classroom portion. Cecil Driving School, Inc. is licensed by the Maryland MVA and can be reached by calling:

Classroom and Behind-the-Wheel Comprehensive Fee: $355 (this includes a $50 non-refundable deposit which is payable to the YMCA).
The balance of $305 is paid to Cecil Driving School during the first class. An additional $50 re-scheduling fee will be charged if a
student transfers to a future class other than the class they registered for within two weeks of the start date.
