PERSONAL TRAINING To obtain the best possible workout, tailored to your
needs, start with a personal training session. Individuals are given one on one
attention. Included in our training sessions are a combination of circuit
machines, dumbbells, and free weights (if appropriate). Cardiovascular exercise
is also an important component that receives attention as well. Whether general
conditioning, rehabilitation, or sports conditioning, we cater to your fitness
needs.

NEW FITNESS ADDITION...
We recently
expanded our fitness room by adding an additional 3,500 feet of space. The
fitness room is now very spacious, with plenty of room to workout and walk
freely. In addition, we purchased new cardio, nautilus, and free weight
equipment. The cardio-equipment now includes; 21 Precor Treadmills, 12 Precor
Ellipticals, 6 Precor Recumbent and Upright Stationary Bikes, and 4 Precor
Steppers.
The Fitness center has over 34 pieces of nautilus equipment, which
includes a 13 piece circuit set. The circuit may be utilized for 30 or 60 minute
workouts. In addition, to enhance the atmosphere we have added Cardio-Theatre
and XM Radio. Come see for yourself! You'll love the new changes! |

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT CONSULTATION
A program for weight loss/weight gain or just maintaining your weight to get you into your
summer bathing suit. Learn about healthy lifestyles, topics including nutrition, stress management that will help you effectively reach your goals by understanding your body's needs. YOUTH FITNESS CLASS This class is designed for youth ages 12 and 13
years old who are interested in working under the guidance and supervision of a
certified trainer. Included in the training sessions are a combination of
circuit machines, free weights, as well as a cardiovascular and flexibility
component. The class will meet on Tuesday and Friday evenings from 7:00 to 8:00
PM. Participants will only be able to workout in the fitness center during these
times while under YMCA staff supervision. |

YMCA AEROBICS... The YMCA of
Cecil County hosts a wide variety of energizing & invigorating aerobic classes
led by certified, knowledgeable instructors. The Aerobics program offers a
variety of classes, which are for every level from beginning calisthenics &
intermediate upper body workouts to advanced "boot camp-style" sessions. Classes
are held weekdays or Saturdays during morning &/or evening hours in our
state-of-the-art Aerobics Room, featuring it's terrific shock-absorbing surface
& mirrored walls for maximum instruction. Class information, session dates and
