YMCA YOUTH & ADULT KARATEOne of the longest-running programs at the YMCA, Isshinryu Karate is an original Okinawan-style of Karate that focuses on total fitness, discipline and personal protection. Students can physically increase their power, stamina, flexibility & coordination. Mentally learn to improve focus, control discipline and study habits. Classes are open to all ages. Classes are taught by Senseis Jim Bonner, John Kytes, assisted by Jerry Daniels, and Walt Rieker. |
